Terms of Service

Effective date: 1 January 2026

1. Service Provider

Legal entity details for this international site are being finalized. See the Contact page for updates.

2. Subject

These Terms govern access to ASI, a SaaS platform for coordinating and automating supported short-term rental workflows. Paid plans are offered only where they are explicitly published and accepted by the customer.

The platform coordinates booking operations, guest communication, readiness, tasks, and supported integrations. External actions remain manual or operator-controlled where a specific integration has not been enabled and accepted.

By registering an account or completing a subscription payment you accept these Terms in full. Acceptance constitutes a binding agreement between you and the service provider.

3. Access

  • Account access begins immediately after registration. No payment is taken at this stage.
  • If a particular setup flow requires a payment method, that requirement is shown before collection; attaching a method does not itself activate a paid plan or charge.
  • Setup and integration time is free, for as long as it takes.
  • A 14-day operational trial begins only once your integration is confirmed and accepted — never at registration.
  • Paid service can begin only after the trial ends, and only under a plan you have explicitly accepted.

4. Pricing & Payment

Pricing and billing terms for any paid plan are shown before activation. Changes to an existing paid plan are communicated under the terms applicable to that plan before they take effect.

When a paid plan is available, payments are processed by the configured payment provider for the relevant market. Available payment methods are the methods shown by that provider at the time of payment.

Payment is considered complete upon confirmation from the payment provider.

5. Subscription Terms

  • No paid subscription is currently offered. Nothing is charged during setup or the trial.
  • You may cancel at any time during setup or the trial at no cost.
  • Billing frequency, plan pricing, and refund policy will be published before any paid service becomes available.

6. Obligations

The service provider undertakes to:

  • Use commercially reasonable efforts to keep the service available. Any formal uptime SLA is agreed and published separately before it becomes part of a paid plan.
  • Provide technical support through the published contact channel; fixed response-time commitments apply only when separately stated in an agreed service plan.
  • When practical, notify users in advance of planned maintenance that is expected to affect service availability.
  • Store personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

You undertake to:

  • Use the service for its intended lawful purpose.
  • Not share account access with third parties.
  • Pay applicable fees only after selecting a paid plan and confirming its payment terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

The service provider is not liable for losses caused by third-party actions (payment processors, ISPs, booking platforms) or force-majeure events. Total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the most recent billing period.

8. Dispute Resolution

Disputes shall be resolved through negotiation in the first instance. If no agreement is reached, disputes may be referred to the competent courts. You may also contact us via the Contact page.
